1,800 households received land with secure title
Improved awareness on human rights, land rights, advocacy and networking for 7 communities
7 village-based farmer’s organizations (VFO) work on sustainable agricultural innovation and small business investment
Increased access to social services through improved infrastructure and facilities for 1,800 households
Increased access to markets and micro-finance for small land holding farmers

EuropeAid has donated DanChurchAid EUR 700,000 to alleviate rural poverty in Cambodia by securing access to land and by improving the quality of life of the most vulnerable households, approximately 8,500 people.

DanChurchAid cooperates closely with The Cambodian Centre for Study and Development in Agriculture (CEDAC) and The Lutheran World Federation - Cambodia Program (LWF-C).

The area of work is Battambang Province, the Bavel District.
