Cross Cutting Evaluation

DCA has a long history of working in partnerships and has funded projects across the world since 1922. Only recently back donors and to some extend civil society has started reflecting and questioning what value northern NGOs add to the work done by southern civil society besides transferring funds to locally implemented projects. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess DCA added value in partnerships.
