Radio Progreso is mainly addressing itself to the poor and vulnerable groups such as migrants, young people, female workers in the maquila industry (textile factories exempted from tax), and the rural communities. The aim is to give these groups access to information about the political realities of the country and about their rights and responsibilities as well as to advocate for political changes.

They work with the documentation of violations of human rights and informing the poorest groups about their rights. ERIC is mainly working among female workers, poor farmers and young people in Valle de Sula and Aguán in the Northern part of Honduras. Furthermore, they conduct advocacy work at the national level.
