The program “Access to Basic Services” is focused specifically on access to education, health services and housing for people without internal registration, also called propiska.
By joining forces, DanChurchAid and partners aim to contribute to reform the internal registration system, propiska, in order to ensure full enjoyment of basic rights for everyone in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Activities include meeting the basic needs of the poor and vulnerable groups as well as advocating for structural changes. The target groups include vulnerable children, pensioners and internal migrants.
