Since 1999 DanChurchAid has organised a yearly door-to-door fundraiser known as the Parish Collection.
The Parish Collection takes place on the second Sunday of March – where several thousand adults and children grab a donation box, take to the streets, and knock on doors asking for donations.
The funds that are collected go to some of the most vulnerable people in the world in places where natural or manmade disasters have struck or where the need for long-term development solutions is great.
