For LGBTIQ+ communities, digital spaces serve as essential platforms for connection, identity expression, livelihood, and access to information. Despite Nepal’s constitutionally progressive protections for gender and sexual minorities, social stigma, family rejection, and gaps in digital rights legislation heighten vulnerability and suppress help seeking.
