NORAD – DCA donor

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) is a directorate under the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its task is to ensure effective foreign aid, with quality assurance and evaluation.

In Gaza, local communities lead their own crisis response with support from DCA/NCA and partners.

DCA-NCA has supported over 480,000 people in 2024 by clearing explosives, reconstruction of infrastructure, psychosocial support and much more.
